About the event

Join us for an exciting Revolutionary War reenactment from 10am to 4pm on Saturday, July 12 and Sunday, July 13, 2025 ! The grounds of the Maple Lane Complex, at 55200 Main Road, Southold will be transformed into a living history encampment set up by the reenactors from the Third New York Regiment. The encampment will have tents and everything soldiers would need as they traveled to join up with General Washington and his troops. There will also be blacksmithing, spinning, basket weaving, printing press, and carpentry demonstrations, as well as music by Eastern L.I. Old Time Jam. The Museum buildings will be open for tours. Admission is free. Donations gladly accepted.
